Every year, Goodpasture has a “spirit week” to help celebrate homecoming. This year’s themes were Twin Day, Tie Die/Hippie Day, College T-Shirt Day, Pajama Day, and Cougar Colors.
Pajama Day was a favorite of many.
“PJ day [was my favorite} because I didn’t have to wear a school uniform,” sophomore Mason Vanns said.
Sophomore Brady Johnson agreed.
“I’d rather wear casual clothes than a uniform,” Johnson said.
The boys disagreed on which was the hardest day to dress up on.
“Twin day [was the hardest to dress up for] because my twin was sick,” Vanns said.
Johnson thought another day was harder.
“College day because I don’t have a lot of college shirts,” Johnson said.
The next scheduled spirit day is Friday and is Rhyme Without Reason.
